assist-Mi® is the first smartphone app that offers comprehensive assistance for disabled users on the go or travelling around using every day services.

This is the new ‘low key’ way to request assistance. Never before has there been a way for disabled people to have a simple mechanism such as the assist-Mi® app to request assistance from service providers.

Using assist-Mi® technology is a simple process.
- Customers can request assistance directly via the assist-Mi® app alerting the service provider in real-time.
- Service providers can view the customer’s location.
- Two-way real-time communication tool provides enhanced customer service and user reassurance.

Note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. The app uses GPS in the background only if you have an open assistance request.
